Shipping Details

Lovely Greens ships from the Isle of Man to local destinations, the UK, Channel Islands, and select international destinations. Orders of physical products amounting to £30 or more to the UK, CI, and IoM are shipped for just £1. If you have any special delivery instructions, please mention this in the ‘Order Notes’ field in the checkout process.

I send orders within two working days, and the shipping time from the Isle of Man to the UK now takes about a week. Parcels are now transported by ferry to the UK, so postage takes longer than in the past. I appreciate your patience, and if you are concerned that your parcel has not arrived, please get in touch.

Your order will be sent to the address quoted by you in your order. You can also have your order sent to another address if you wish. The option to provide a separate shipping address is given during the purchase process. Lovely Greens is not liable for orders sent to an incorrectly given address, and we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Lovely Greens does not charge VAT, so the full amount of your goods plus shipping completes your total. Orders will not be sent until full payment is received.

Payment for goods is through Paypal, a secure online payment method. The system allows the use of credit cards and debit cards.

Cancellation of orders of goods

You have the right to cancel your order of goods if the item(s) has not been dispatched. We send orders out within two working days, but in many cases, it might go out within 24 hours. If you’ve made a mistake and need to cancel, please email me immediately.

Return of Goods

If your order arrives damaged or does not fit the description of what you ordered, then you are entitled to a refund or exchange. However, any other circumstance that leads to you wishing to return goods is not permitted. Due to Lovely Greens products being personal care, I cannot, in good faith, take them back to sell to another person. Because the products do not have tamper-proof seals, I would not know if they were contaminated at some point.

Workshop Cancellations

If you purchase a place in a workshop through this website, you will be required to pay the full amount upfront. You may cancel your place up to seven days before the workshop for a full refund. If you wish to cancel within seven days of a workshop, a refund will be granted if another attendee is found to take your place. You may also gift your place to another person. Alternatively, we can arrange to place you on another workshop date within the same calendar year.

  • Refunds will also be given if the workshop is canceled.
  • All workshops are ‘open,’ meaning anyone can book into them, either individually or as groups. Private bookings are not available at this time.
  • Soapmaking workshops are for people 18+ years of age and those comfortable with conducting chemistry using caustic soda.

Continued use of the website and/or ordering from the website shall be deemed to be acceptance of such change.

Lovely Greens may vary any item or part of the website, including policies, terms, and products. New products may be added. If any of the Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions.

Every precaution is taken to ensure your transaction is secure and that all your personal and account details are held on a secure web server.

Lovely Greens may collect personal information when you comment, leave reviews, contact using the contact form, or when you make a purchase. The information collected is the information provided by yourself in each case. This information includes but is not limited to your name, email address, physical address, and phone number. In some cases, this information is stored in our database, such as in the case that you make a purchase. It’s not used for anything other than to collect information to deliver your product.

Our newsletter provider may also collect your personal details. If you’d like to opt-out, click the Unsubscribe button in the footer of any Lovely Greens Handmade newsletter. If you’d prefer to not have your information stored in Lovely Greens’ system, just send me an email through the contact form.

Lovely Greens will not disclose your information to any third parties except for the purpose of delivery. Lovely Greens complies with the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2002.
