Shipping, Terms, & Privacy


Lovely Greens aspires to use recycled boxes, envelopes, and packaging when possible. Most of the materials used in sending your order will have been collected from local businesses and customers wishing to offset their corporate waste. When recycled materials are used in your order the stamp shown above will appear on the front of your package.

Shipping Details

Lovely Greens ships worldwide from the Isle of Man.

Orders to the UK, Channel Islands, and IOM under £25 in value are charged on a flat shipping rate of £3.50. Orders of £25 or more to the UK, CI, and IoM are shipped for just £1. If you have any special delivery instructions please mention this in the ‘Order Notes’ field in the checkout process. Gift wrap options are available for selected items but if you have a particular request please send an Email or contact us through the contact form.

All orders are sent within 48 hours and the shipping time from the Isle of Man to the UK is between 1-3 days. Orders to the European Union will take around a week and all other destinations take up to two weeks. If you are concerned that your parcel has not arrived please get in touch.

Orders are usually sent using ordinary Royal Mail Services to keep costs down at both ends. As such, there is usually no tracking information available.

Your order will be sent to the address quoted by you in your order. You are also given the option to have your order sent to another address in the case that the item(s) is a gift. Lovely Greens is not liable for any orders which are sent to an incorrectly given address (Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses).

Lovely Greens does not charge VAT so the full amount of your goods plus shipping completes your total. Orders will not be sent until full payment is received.

Payment for goods

Payment for goods is through Paypal, a secure online payment method. You have the option to log on to Paypal and use your account balance and/or registered accounts or to simply purchase items with a credit card.

You are not required to have a Paypal account if you’d prefer to purchase with a card via Paypal.

Cancellation of orders of goods

You have the right to cancel your order of goods but please try to do it before the item(s) is dispatched. We send orders out within two working days but in many cases it might go out within 24 hours – so the sooner the better.

If you’d like to cancel, please get in touch but be aware that if you’ve cancelled your order after the parcel has gone out you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. In this case, a refund for the items will not be issued until the goods are received back in an unused condition.

Return of goods

If your order arrives and it is damaged or does not fit the description of what you ordered then you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

You are welcome to return any unused and unopened purchases within 21 working days, though you will be responsible for shipping costs incurred in sending the product(s) back as well as the outward shipping cost (if one is charged in the original transaction).

When the goods are received you’ll be contacted and offered the choice of an exchange or a refund. Please pack the item(s) carefully so that it arrives back in good condition.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service. Refunds will not be given to products that do not arrive in the post.

Booking Workshops


If you purchase a place in a workshop through this website you will be required to pay the full amount upfront. You may cancel your place up to fourteen days before the workshop for a full refund. However, after this time the amount is not refundable*. You are, however, able to gift or resell the place to another person as a non-business/commercial transaction. If you do so, please contact Tanya to report any changes in attendees and provide their contact details.

Refunds will also be given if the workshop is cancelled.

When booking private workshops you will be asked to pay 50% of the total cost upfront. This is a deposit and is not refundable. The other 50% can also be paid upfront or on the day of the event by cash or cheque. In the case that the workshop is canceled or needs to be rescheduled the deposit may not be refunded — either in full or part. This will be determined on a case by case basis that may take into consideration materials purchased for the event, room hire, and further inconveniences.

* In light of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, refunds will be issued to people if they are social-distancing due to being within the vulnerable age group or self-isolating due to being ill with the Coronavirus or Isle of Man government policy.  Refunds cannot be given if you are social-isolating and have not cancelled two weeks in advance. In this case, you may reschedule your booking.

Acceptance of Terms and Use of this Website

By using the Lovely Greens website you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Continued use of the website and/or ordering from the website shall be deemed to be acceptance of such change.

Lovely Greens may vary any item or part of the website, including policies, terms and products. New products may be added. If any of the Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Policy

Lovely Greens is committed to protecting your privacy and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of the information you have provided very seriously. Every precaution is taken to ensure your transaction is secure and that all your personal and account details are held on a secure web server.

Lovely Greens may collect personal information when you comment, leave reviews, contact using the contact form, or when you make a purchase. The information collected is the information provided by yourself in each case. This information includes but is not limited to your name, email address, physical address, and phone number. In some cases this information is stored in our database, such as in the case that you make a purchase. It’s not used for anything other than to collect information to deliver your product.

Our newsletter provider also may collect your personal details. If you’d like to opt out, click the Unsubscribe button in the footer of any Lovely Greens Handmade newsletter.

If you’d prefer to not have your information stored in Lovely Greens’ system, just send us an Email or contact us through the contact form.

Lovely Greens will not disclose your information to any third parties, except for the purpose of delivery. Lovely Greens complies with the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2002.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man and any disputes will be decided only by the Manx courts.

We do not warrant that products for sale on this website are appropriate or available for use outside the British Isles. It is prohibited to access the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this website from locations outside the British Isles, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
